Progress Report Information
Reporting Requirements
All grantees are required to participate in a series of updates over the 12-month grant term, which, depending on the grant, may include check-in calls or reports. Please carefully review the grant guidelines for more information.
- Check-in calls will be scheduled by PBF's staff and may include a phone call or Zoom meeting.
- Midterm and final reports must be be submitted through PBF’s online grant portal. Use the link below to login.
- The Progress Report Budget Template is required when submitting your final progress report. (Revised 2/14/2020)
Reporting is a requirement of PBF’s grant contract. Failure to comply will jeopardize future funding. If you have questions about the reporting requirements, please contact PBF at Foundation@Provident.Bank

Accessing the Reports
- To access the reports, log into your account portal using the email address and password created for submitting the application.
- Next, select the Requirements Tab on the top of the portal.
- The report is available for completion in this section of the portal and filling out the report is similar to the LOI/Application process.
